- Compatible with any RNA sample type and all levels of sample quality from high quality RNA to degraded FFPE samples
- Works across a broad range of RNA inputs (10 - 250 ng)
- INCLUDES depletion of uninformative transcripts using the AnyDeplete® technology
- INCLUDES NuQuant built in library quantification. Takes less than 6 minutes to determine library molarity on any standard fluorimeter vs over an hour for standard quantitation with other kits
- Available with up to 192 Unique Dual Index (UDI) adaptors with molecular tags to detect "index hopping" and PCR duplicates.
- Tecan kits come standard with all necessary reagents for the entire process from start to finish, including adaptors. Nothing else to buy, streamlining NGS prep to be faster and more cost-effective
